Returns

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• The product must not be damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Personal care items
• Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
